The airport is 30 minutes away from the city center. We will be glad to welcome you at the info point of the airport and accompany you to the city bus for the city and your hotel.
Chania town on Crete island also has an airport for domestic flights from/to Athens or for charter flights from abroad.

The main airlines connecting daily Athens and Thessaloniki airports to Heraklion and Chania is Olympic Air and Aegean Airlines. Flights may also run by Ryanair, Ellinair, and other companies, depending on the dates and your departure airport.

For your ride from or back to the Athens airport metro take Bus X96-Syntagma-Airport or the Metro Line 3 (Aghia Marina – Douk. Plakentias – Athens International Airport), which connects the Athens airport with the city center and get off at Syntagma station for/from the post-meeting tour Athens hotels. The airport metro runs every 30 minutes, 7 days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The trip from/to the Airport to Syntagma station (Athens center) lasts 40 minutes.
